Dr Laurence Tham · Practitioner / Coach / Founder

The best technology
in a practice is
the practitioner
in the room.

AI should serve that. Not replace it.

Practitioner for twenty years.

Coach for ten.

Now building AlignOS.

The story

Same idea. Twenty years deeper.

Perth · 2002–2014

The Practitioner

I built one of the largest chiropractic businesses in Western Australia. Not from marketing. From learning, patient by patient, how trust is actually earned in a consultation room.

Sydney · 2014–2022

The Coach

I spent a decade turning that into transferable IP. Drive Your Practice. Align & Amplify. The Conversion Mastery Intensive. Practitioners on four continents.

It scaled. To a point. I could only be in one room at a time.

Cascais · 2022–now

The Founder

AI removed the ceiling. AlignOS is the same twenty-year-old idea, now available to every practitioner who will never be in a room with me. I didn't leave chiropractic to become a tech founder. I went deeper into the problem until technology became the only logical next move.

Most advice in this profession is loud.
The good stuff never is.

Not contrarian for the sake of it. I just kept going after the consensus stopped.

What I'm building

AI that makes practitioners more human. Not less.

Most practitioners I talk to are quietly afraid of the same thing. That AI will strip the humanity out of care. That it will replace the part of the work they actually love.

I think they have it backwards.

The noise is what replaces you. The admin, the prep, the mental load of holding forty patients in your head. AI can carry that. So you can be more present, more intuitive, and more yourself in the room.

AlignOS is where I'm proving it. And I'm building it in the open. What works, what breaks, what I'd ignore if I were you. Practitioners have been burned by enough vendors selling things they couldn't evaluate. So I show my work.

Monozukuri

There's a Japanese word for the pride of the maker inside the thing that's made. AlignOS is not generated software. It's twenty years of methodology, hand-encoded. Every brief it writes carries the same thinking I taught in rooms for a decade.

Speaking

Calm rooms. Uncomfortable truths.

PHOTO · real stage shot from AFC Toronto or UCA UK. Wide enough to show the room. Candid, mid-talk.

I speak on gentle authority, patient communication, and what AI actually changes for health practitioners. Pattern recognition from four continents. No hype, no motivation theatre.

Away from the practitioner world, I chair two TIGER 21 groups in Europe, peer membership groups for founders and investors. Different rooms. Same job. Helping capable people see their own patterns clearly.
