S.M.A.R.T. Way to HealthThursday, March 6th, 2008Hi everyone, Who do you believe when it comes to health for your family? There is so much information in this “Information Age” that we are simply do not know where to turn to and who to believe. We are in a state of Attention Overload! In my seminars, I start by saying that we have all become ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). We do not seem to be able to focus on any one thing or one advise anymore because there is just too much conflicting info to go through – so we end up doing NOTHING! Well, I thought I can give you a hand in this manner. I have always try to keep things simple for my clients in terms of their health. The best advise on health sometimes come from plain old common sense! So I develop a simple method to achieving health – it is the S.M.A.R.T. way to health. SMART stands for S – Superfoods, M – Movement, A – Attitude, and R.T. – Reduce Toxins. To strive for health, there is never a magic pill to achieve this. It requires a multiple approach to gain the maximum benefit. In the upcoming newsletter that will be released soon, it will contain a suggestion for each these areas. These areas will cover all you need to do to gain greater health and wellbeing for you and your family. I look forward to your comments and any suggestions that you may have on the newsletter and its content. Until next time, live well! Dr. Laurence
