Behind the Scene Video at Dynamic Growth 2010 (Brisbane)Sunday, February 28th, 2010Commitment, Accountability, and Action!Tuesday, February 16th, 2010What you need to know about your FISH OIL…Sunday, February 7th, 2010The Difference between Soft and Hard Sand – Belridge ChiropracticSaturday, August 29th, 2009I was recently in Broome’s famous Cable Beach with my family. And as we strolled across the beach with Kaia’s stroller, I found it very difficult to push it through the beautiful SOFT sand! And it was not until we hit the HARD part of the sand that the stroller became immediately easy to push (the hard sand being part of the sand where the tide was leaving). And I realized that that is exactly how we have our health habits in life…watch the video and find out about how this relates directly to our health!

Energy for Life – RevisitedThursday, January 22nd, 2009Last week, the ENERGY for LIFE Semianr was a huge success with over 75 people attending the event! I have been hearing some amazing stories from people who attended the event who have created massive changes already! Notably a 15 year old who took action and decided to wake up at 5 am every morning since the seminar so that he can do extra work and help mom around the house by cleaning up the house, doing the chores etc. He also committed to drinking more water each day and is encouraging his brothers and sister to follow his lead! (This is from a 15 year old who told me he slept in everyday till late and had no desire to do anything during the day just last week!) The key to success for him (and anyone else…) is that he TOOK ACTION! So what action did you take after last week? This was also a preview night for the WELLNESS CHALLENGE, where we introduce this brand new transformational program to create greater vitality in your life! It was a huge success with the first Challenge in 2009 being completely SOLD OUT and a waiting list of 6 or more people ready to sign up for the next challenge in May! Look for more news in coming months! With the success of last week’s seminar, I felt the ideas and concepts from the seminar were vital for people to take the time to process and share their experience. So I thought that I would offer you FREE GIFT …if you were not there or did not take any notes, I produced a four page document just for you called ”Energy for Life: The Handout”, it highlights what we talked about and helps you to create action steps to take action right now so you too can create massive ENERGY for your life! You can click below to view this FREE DOCUMENT – “Energy for Life: The Handout” Energy for Life: The Handout
I hope you enjoyed this free gift! Create an exceptional 2009! Laurence Tham
ChangeSunday, September 21st, 2008Is it not amazing how quickly things change? Here is a picture of Kaia at 6 weeks old. Now go and watch the video again of Kaia’s birth which was taken at 1 day old (if you have not seen it, see blog post below on 6th August, 2008). Is it not amazing how she has grown and changed? Children are so amazing and we see the changes in them so rapidly, as it is happening in front of our eyes! But as adults we often forget, that we are constantly changing every day, every hour, every minute and every second as well! Little did you know, your cells in your body such as your heart cells, your blood cells, your liver cells, your skin cells, your immune cells, your muscles cells are all constantly changing right now as you read this. The question is: is it growing or dying? In life, there is no constant, there is always change – it is always either in a state of growth, or in the state of dis-ease. Are you striving to ensure that you cells are working together for the state of growth, the state of health and well-being OR are they simply slowly or rapidly declining into a state of dis-ease, illness, sickness and eventual death? We HAVE a CHOICE! We have the power to decide. We all have the potential for health, we are innately build for it – just look at KAIA – she is growing into this world without anyone or anything telling her how to do it except for the innate inborn intelligence within her. All I have to do as a chiropractor and father is to ensure that there is no interference in her that will block this potential – this is what we as chiropractors do – remove interferences and allow the body to be whole. What is blocking your potential in life? at work? at school? in health? Laurence Tham
Father’s DayMonday, September 8th, 2008Today was Father’s Day in Australia, and being a new dad of just over 4 weeks – I must say I enjoy this day! A day just dedicated to us fathers! I will admit that until I became a father, this day I thought was just another day for all of us to celebrate something. Another way to make us buy more stuff! But looking back over my four weeks of being a father – I am glad there is a day just dedicated for all the hard work that we have done during pregnancy and birth… and Ladies, I know what most of you are already thinking – do not worry Mother’s Day is not that far away! Of course I am just joking about the hard work that us fathers had to go through as compared to the mothers, but today got me thinking… having a day just to celebrate your success is a great way to rejuvenate and remember your accomplishments. A day like today reminds us of what we have done, the sacrifices, the rewards, and also the lessons we learned to get to where we are. So in terms of your health, do you celebrate your successes? I suggest that you should have a day of celebration built into your calender. Did you lose 5 kg this year, did you finish the City to Surf Race last weekend, are you eating less junk food, did you start drinking more water, are you feeling better this year than last, are you more flexible, more mobile, more energetic, are you getting more sleep … all of these calls for a celebration, a small recognition that you accomplished something, this will ensure that you congratulate yourself for a great job done, AND it will also reenforce your mind and body to continue with the new found success! So go ahead – Plan your day and celebrate your victories, celebrate your wins! Dr. Laurence Tham Belridge Chiropractic Beldon, WA
