We have been told over and over again that we need to drink milk to keep our bones healthy. We drink milk every morning with our cereal. Our kids drink a glass of milk with their snack or their dinner… because we have been told it was good for us. But have you ever thought whether milk is actually good for us? Is our body designed to drink milk? Sure there is calcium in milk, but are we actually absorbing it in our bodies?
Here’s a question: Do you know of any other mammal in the world that drinks another animals’ milk? Why cow’s milk and not rat’s milk?
In this video, I discuss whether milk is actually good for us or causing more problems for our bodies:
I recently read this article on a study of 10,000 kids and the found that the kids that were breast fed even as little as 4 weeks show significant improvement in their academic scores at ages 5, 7 and 14 years age. Why is breastfeeding so important? In this video, I discuss why I encourage mums, and mothers to be to do everything possible to breastfeed their babies for as long as they can. Watch the video below to find out why breast milk wins over formula milk any day.

I recently was flipping channels the other day, and was just about to turn it off, when I stumbled onto a TV program called “Dr. OZ”. Dr. Oz is a the famous medical doctor that appears on Oprah… and now has his own television show.
The show was just about to go to commercial break, as it flashed on the screen to promote the next segment which was…”the one drug that everyone should be on”. I was intrigued… so I patiently waited for the commercials to end to find out what drug could Dr. OZ be promoting!
When the program finally came back on… he was not wrong, it was a cheapest drug on the market that you can get and more importantly it was over the counter! BUT he says that EVERYONE aged 40 and above should take this drug! And I thought to myself…”what the?”
How can a drug be good for EVERYONE? Watch the video to find out why I think Dr. Oz has it completely wrong…
