Renewal II looks at the power of taking short breaks and how TOP athletes take advantage of these powerful RENEWAL strategies to be the top of their game. The recent Australian Open reminded me of a recent seminar that I attended with Tony Schwartz (author of The Power of Full Engagement) where he described the four renewal strategies that keeps the top tennis players at the top. The key lessons is that we need to take RENEWAL breaks each day in order to be effective in our daily lives and to be at the top of our game!
